J. Berra’s formatting for all of our customized Crisis Plans includes:
- A. Our unique and patented visual presentation and its features
- B. The various formats of our deliverables
A. The Visual Presentation
- Each crisis response shows the prioritized step-by-step, color-coded actions for each responder to take in his specific response to the incidents.
- Each response is in a user-friendly flowchart format.
- Included are numerous icons, pictorials, photos, and graphics.
- Also included are visual site plans, shown both in enhanced aerial photos and in computer-generated drawings that show all critical information.
- Also included are all necessary regulatory forms and a cross-reference addendum of regulatory matrices that is most useful during an audit.

B. The Deliverables
HARD COPY PLANS AND ELECTRONIC VERSIONS
We develop the crisis or emergency response plans in hard copy and in electronic formats.
The Hard Copies are most often in a red notebook binder format. (See Products and Services.)
Also available are glove-compartment-size or pocket-size flipcharts, wall charts and slides for training purposes.
The Electronic Version is delivered on a CD formatted for computer access and/or formatted for hand-held devices.
-
The CD may be downloaded or transmitted to one or many computers (subject to conditions in the License Agreement).
It is placed on one’s desktop with a visual icon called “Emergency Plan” for one-click access in the heat of a crisis. - It may be placed on a company’s intranet for read-only access by all company employees.
- The Plan’s in-house Incident Commander may personalize the responses with textual changes to the procedures and update whenever necessary to keep the Plan a “living document”.
- Personalize names and phone numbers and keep them current.
- View any page onscreen with the instantaneous click technology.
- Zoom in and out.
- Print any page or the whole Plan.
- Project onto a large screen for training purposes.
Our format is applicable to all types of emergencies: fire, spill, medical emergencies, security emergencies, weather emergencies, shelter-in-place, evacuation, shutdown procedure, violence, terrorism, etc.
“The electronic version exceeds expectations. We love it.”
